Why Lord? Why leave us, to our own thoughts, our demise, or where ever our lives lead us. We either follow You, or follow the other guy…It is very unfair to do that to us. No matter what I say, it is what it is. And you won’t change that, but I can at least write about it, and I know that others feel the same way. To leave us, to make our own choices, gives some the impression, that You don’t exist and for those that believe You and believe in You, can’t handle the truth…the truth of leaving us to our pursuits of what make us happy.
It isn’t fair. So unfair, in fact, that many question how you continue to let this world exist, in such a destructive manner. You are very unfair, to do this, to Your people. Only the select few, have ever seen you, but the majority of us, have not. To give us just a nudge, a pat on the back, to let us know we are on the right track…not a drastic accident to make us think of our existence in this wretched world. Many of life’s pursuits lead us to find failure and disappointment, well, isn’t that enough, Lord? Isn’t that enough for You, to help us move in a positive direction? Why do You let us fall and fall over and over again? You are truly unfair. It is one thing to learn from our mistakes, but it’s another, to relive them over and over again, without You correcting us.
So much pain and so much anguish, when all You have to do, is shine on us, and expand our minds, just a mere tidbit, but no, you leave to fall again. To see those we love in pain, is hurtful enough, but to continuously live everyday, is not fair….Yeah sure, life isn’t fair for most of us, but is it worth an entire life of misery and self-doubt? Where is God, that was promised to never leave us, in our time of need? So many positive and enlightening quotes of how You will raise Your righteous in the last days, for the truly devoted have received the stigmata, but what about others who believe in you so severely, that nothing can be done without a prayer or pray to you endlessly, with no success, and if we do reach Your ears, give us a subtle nudge….the nudge of prosperity and not the potential disaster that awaits us, if we neglect You.
