Enjoy What You Have, Forget What You Want

Make use of the things you already have, forget those things that spoil the mind. It is in “wants”, that get us in the trouble we don’t need. Many people enjoy life with the minimum amount of possessions, but the majority want more, and more. It’s never enough for those, who have the means to obtain such possessions. It’s only natural, but meaningless…why? We all know, that we can’t take what we have, with us when we die…so, what do we do? We give it, to the next generation to pass on the greed.

It’s a vicious cycle of greed or inheritance. To make ends meet and to teach our kids, to live in a meager life, is much better than teaching our kids, the greed and love of envy that money brings. Yes, true…we need money to survive, but to have an over-abundance of wealth, will eventually create a different person. We, who live in the U.S, have it lucky, but not others that live in the worst of scenarios. We have poverty, but I can only imagine, what other countries endure daily. It’s a cruel world, and people have cruel intentions, especially when they have the means, to make other people feel inferior. It is frustrating, to say the least, of how ugly this world is and has become. When will you decide you have enough? So, enjoy what you have and forget what you want because in the end, it’s what we did with what we had, not what we did, with what we wanted.
